Elk Lake - A RON on the way to Knapp Lakes!
Another grand hike in Idaho!

This entire route to Elk Lake (and beyond) was in a burn area... on the other hand, what part of Idaho isn't a burn area...	On the way in, abt 1.5mi from Elk Lake, came upon this hard-working boy trying to fix the breach you can just barely see on the far right end of the dam.
	He pretty much ignored my presence
Not sure when we started, mid-afternoon, maybe, but it is just at sundown when we arrived at Elk Lake. No fish observed, but other wildlife was in abundance.
	Next morning. Completely different light than the soft late-afternoon glow of yesterday.
