The sojurn to New Mexico was intended to get us out of the cold, snow and ice for a time and to scout a location where we might take the goats and spend the worst of the winter. And it accomplished that without question. However, this year, because we had to return at the end of February, we ended up plopped right back in the middle of the snow, ice and cold and wondering, what are nice folks like us doing in a place like this???
